I scheduled appointment for February, Friday the 28th at noon. I received a call the day before to confirm appointment and to order a part for my vehicle. I arrived at the dealership which was relocated and I wasn't informed. I went to the new location and tried to check in but they said I had no appointment. I waited and was told again I had no appointment scheduled and no part ordered. I was told to talk to one of the representatives to see what they can do. I have been doing business with Jones Auto for years but this the second time I have been truly disappointed.

I was given an 8am appointment and my car was never even looked at and had to be kept into the next day. Also we have your warranty that came with the car and was told they could never verify if the part was under warranty. So we paid out of pocket so we could get our car back. Finally got it back at 2pm

If i could give Zero stars I would. I went for an Oil change and received a call saying that my battery was dead and I needed a new they wanted to charge me $400 for the battery. My vehicle was running fine no issues indicting a battery Issue. I told them do not replace my battery that I found one somewhere way cheaper. I picked up my vehicle it started just fine I went to Auto Zone and had the battery tested and they said there was nothing wrong with it and my vehicle has been running fine no issues with the battery.

I brought it in to get it worked on and it was to be done in a couple of hours but they broke it and it took over a week to get it back. They didn't give me a rental pu but a car. I pull a trailer for work so I lost money not having a truck. Not very happy!

I have had difficulty getting gasoline in my tank for two years. After purchasing my Buick Encore GX, I went back a month later and told them that the gas pump kept clicking off when trying to fill it. A man took some instrument and swept it back and forth inside the vehicle and told me nothing was wrong. This problem happened 80% of the time. My Buick needed regular service, so I demanded them find what the problem was, and they did. A part is now ordered because I had a faulty safety mechanism on the filler neck. I should not have had to wait 2 years for this to be diagnosed.

i received a recall notice. i was told to let the service dept, know when i scheduled my next oil change. i did but when i got to the dealers, i was told that i was only scheduled for an oil change, The girl who checked me in said she would check on it. She came back later and said there was no recall on my car (2022 Enclave). Then why did I get a recall notice? Waste of time. and paper, and postage. I purchased the last two vehicles here. and was hoping to get decent service. Apparently supporting local business doesn't mean much anymore,

Bring in car for an appointment at 10:30 AM, I was on time, actually early. It was ready at 1:38PM OVER 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE! Secondly they have my milage wrong as I hade the tires rotated at Discount tire 3 days prior. Third they lose the cap to my windshield washer fluid reservoir & try to charge me $36.00 for a new one. YES, this is the same dealership that stripped out the plug on my oil pan for an oil change when they were on Pinal Ave & wanted to charge me $89.00 for that. I'M DONE DEALING WITH THESE CLOWNS! I thought service might be better once they moved. Take your vehicle their at your own risk

What time for just an oil change was a lil to long, then when I arrived at home, a 40 minute drive away I received a call from the advisor that the technician forgot to put my wheel lock back in the glove box, so now I have to make time to drive 40 to 45 minutes away just to pick up my lock, and gas isn't getting any cheaper this month. Overall it was fine getting maintenance here.

My advisor natasha was not communicative at all. I tried to reach out several times. I had to call the service desk and i got help from Stevie he was very helpful and i was able to find out what was going on with my vehicle. I also had the insulator pulled out from the intake manifold and she told me there's no real purpose for it being in there. Never was offered to purchase a replacement to have a new one put in once I bought a new one. I dont understand why not. But aside from that the service that was done to my car was good..

The initial experience was great. What was horrible and would get a 0star if possible was after. We get told 4 days later that we would either have to gove 4800 down or return the vehicle and take our old one back. It was all due to a misunderstanding on the dealerships end not ours. The second one to be exact. We gave the new vehicle back and went home with our previous one. The sales rep was apologetic and kind, but the guy who did all our paperwork and other man at one of the desks didnt even have the decency to come up to us and offer an apology

Instead of accepting the diagnosis of the need to replace the transmission at a cost of $13,000, I took my car to a AAA transmission who told me there was nothing wrong with the transmission but if it developed a problem they would be happy to replace it for FOUR THOUSAND dollars!! Since the day I bought my car from Jones I haven’t taken it anywhere else for any service. Every oil change, any body work, everything was done by Jones. I’ll never use your facilities again.

I have very mixed feelings and not happy. My service rep on the phone, was very short and never once said goodbye hanging up the phone. I was quoted 3-4hrs to replace the shocks/struts on my 2016 Yukon Denali and 1hr to do the alignment. I added tires and TPMS onto the service, so the dealership should've only had my vehicle for one day tops. He told me that there is a Pirelli tire rebate of $80..which should've been deducted from my bill, which wasn't and I've looked everywhere online to find where to try to submit to get the rebate, it's nowhere to be found. I received a call immediately, that my spark plugs were 10K overdue. Even though there were no issues with starting my vehicle or driving problems, I agreed to have that service completed for $650. At this point, we were at $8,000. The NEXT day around 1pm, I received a call that my brake pads needed replaced and rotors turned, for $1,100...which I declined. I have a huge problem with the fact the service rep should've made one phone call, to tell me additional things needing done and allow me to chose what was important to me...I would've chosen the brakes due to that is more a safety issue and not having spark plugs because "its overdue". And not to mention the fact that I could've purchased GM OEM spark plugs and wires, installed ourselves for $250. He texted me at 2:15pm, that my vehicle should be ready shortly. Then called at 4:00pm, stating we can come pick it up in about 30min. We arrived at 5:00pm and my vehicle still wasn't ready. Waited around until 5:40pm, the girl said it still wasn't ready. Another rep asked my name and he said it's been ready!!!!! Finally got my vehicle home and looked at the tires and there was tire sealant ALL over my black painted rims. The vehicle wasn't even washed!! For $8,000...I expected more. My father is a veteran and I asked for a veteran discount, which I have always received at all dealerships, 10% off all services. The rep that closed out my bill, said we can give veteran discount...which shows a line item of 10% but he manually changed the amount to $100. Over the weekend, we were adding windshield washer fluid and the notice that my air filter wasn't even connected!!! I am not happy and will not bring my vehicle back to this dealership. I have told many neighbors that own Fords and GMCs about my experience and will continue spreading the word about the carelessness of the mechanics and reps at Jones Casa Grande, AZ.

My recent experience at Jones Ford Casa Grande was very smooth from the beginning to the end , more specifically to Stephen White my service advisor very genuine and a true professional. He took in my vehicle and explained to me the diagnose of my vehicle and how a recall service worked, not only that he gave me a loaner car which I was not expecting while my vehicle was being worked on he treated me very well , he notified me when my parts were ordered and arrived , as soon as the parts got to him he immediately started working on it few days later my vehicle was ready and honestly thought it was very fast service I was expecting a 2-3 month since parts were back ordered but Mr White got it done in exactly 4 weeks . I am very satisfied and my vehicle is working like new now I highly recommend Ford Jones casa grande and Stephen White .

Set in the waiting room for over an hour, no one came to me. When I went to check on the status, I spotted my car outside the door. Have no idea how long it had been ready. The Finance guy only 3-4 stars as he kept me in his office too long. I paid cash and didn’t need financing and I DID NOT want any of that extended warranty stuff he was pushing. But he kept trying, but I always said NO Thank you!

Stopped in to get an oil change and tire rotation, Carlie told me it would be a 45 - 60 min wait, and then another 45 min for the work. I asked if she could put my name down so the I could run some errands. She said to come back around 2.00 pm and she would be able to take my truck to the service area with out waiting. Carlie was super accurate with the timing! Got back to the service department at 2:00, they took my truck on back right away and I only had to wait 1/2 hour. Great job Carlie!!
